Eligibility
  • Open to students pursuing Any Degree (B.Tech / B.E. / B.Sc.) or M.Tech (M.C.A. / M.Sc.) — all branches and related courses.
  • Participants must currently be enrolled at a recognized college or university.
  • Each participant may be part of only one team.
  • Valid college ID card must be carried on the event day for verification.
Team Rules
  • A team must have a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 members.
  • Cross-college teams are allowed unless announced otherwise.
  • Each team selects exactly one hackathon domain at the time of registration.
  • Team composition cannot be changed after registration closes.
Submission Guidelines
  • Teams must build and submit a working prototype relevant to their chosen domain.
  • Submission format and deadline on the event day will be communicated by the coordinators.
  • Use of publicly available tools, frameworks and APIs is permitted; plagiarized or pre-built solutions are not.
  • Teams should be ready to demo their solution live to the judges.
Judging Criteria
  • Innovation and originality of the idea.
  • Technical implementation and functionality of the prototype.
  • Real-world relevance and potential impact.
  • Quality of the final presentation and demo.
Code of Conduct
  • Participants are expected to maintain professionalism and respect toward fellow participants, mentors and organizers.
  • Any form of harassment, plagiarism or unfair practice will lead to disqualification.
  • Organizers' decisions on all matters related to the hackathon are final.
Important Instructions
  • This is a HACKATHON — report on time as per the schedule.
  • Bring your own laptop, charger and any hardware your project requires.
  • Carry a valid college ID and your registration confirmation.
  • Exact reporting time, venue directions and any updates will be shared with registered teams.
